Paying yearly is $30 off each seat: a Single seat is $330 for the year instead of $360, and a Team seat is $258 for the year instead of $288.

What does the free plan include?

Five deeds a month, with the DXF and the closure report for each. Up to three of their pages may be scans; the other deeds go in as pasted text. Signing up for it does not ask for a card.

What counts as a scanned page?

Pasted text deeds are unlimited on a paid plan. The monthly allowance counts the pages of scanned documents.

How many seats does a Team plan need?

Three or more. Every seat adds 5,000 scanned pages to one allowance the whole team draws from, rather than each seat getting its own. Seats can be added or removed later.

Is paying yearly cheaper?

Yes. Paying yearly is $30 off each seat for the year.

How many documents can I send at once?

Up to 200 in one batch on a paid plan. You can close the browser once they are uploaded, and an email says when the batch is ready.

What do I get back for each document?

A DXF drawing and a closure report giving the gap, the ratio and the area.
