Terms of use
Last updated 16 September 2026.
What it is
A drafting aid. It is not a survey and not a legal opinion on a boundary.
Review
Output must be checked before it is relied on. You are responsible for any drawing you seal, record or rely upon.
Your account
- Keep your password to yourself. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
- One account is one person, and a seat is one person. We may lock or close an account we believe is shared, and we will email you if we do.
- Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, disrupt the service, or access anyone else's material.
What you upload
You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us the right to store and process it in order to run the service, as described in our privacy policy. You confirm you are entitled to upload each document you submit.
Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Prices may change with notice; a change does not affect a term already paid for. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires it.
Availability
We aim to keep DraftDesk running and will not always succeed. It is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of your use of DraftDesk is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of data, or the cost of re-performing professional work.
Ending it
You may stop using DraftDesk at any time. We may lock, suspend or deactivate an account that breaches these terms, including one shared between people, and we will tell its address by email when we do. No refund is owed for an account deactivated for a breach. Your material is handled as set out in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above is when they last changed. Continuing to use DraftDesk after a change means you accept the current version.
